Southwest Michigan Community Action Agency has available upon request copies of their policies, including the Personnel Policies, By-Laws, Fiscal Policy and financial reports.  The agency's Personnel Policies includes sections dealing with non-discrimination, equal opportunity, conflict of interest and confidentiality.  To receive a copy of any of the policies, please send your request via regular mail to the address above.  You must be specific about the policy you are requesting.  There may be a cost associated with copying and mailing.  Be sure to include the name and address where the policy is to be sent.
