Every person has the potential to make a difference in the life of someone in the SMCAA community. Whether you donate to a specific program, volunteer in our warehouse, or advocate for our cause, the actions you take make a statement that you are willing to help people and change lives.

SMCAA has been providing services to low-income families in Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren Counties since 1982. With state and federal funding threatened, we are counting on your support more than ever.  Your donation will help ensure that we can continue providing crucial services such as Weatherization, Community Development, Utility Assistance and Food Assistance by supporting operational costs and agency projects.

Your gifts, both large and small, will help us to achieve our mission of helping individuals and families in our communities. You can choose from a variety of program areas to support.  SMCAA is a 501 (c)3 non-profit, meaning your donation is tax deductible. In addition to monetary gifts, SMCAA always accepts in-kind donations. Non-expired and non-perishable food products and personal hygiene items are always appreciated. Please call us at 269-925-9077 to speak to someone about scheduling a drop-off of products.
