To drive our mission, SMCAA understands and recognizes that engaging with our employees, clients, and community is paramount in effectively creating positive change in the lives of all those touched by Community Action. These core values list the core principles that guide and direct the agency and our culture. As a values-led organization, these values create the moral compass of SMCAA and our staff members. We guide decision-making by these values and have established a standard for our actions to be assessed.
